Hi, I’m Rachel , founder of Yoga Flowly.
I know what it’s like when your body doesn’t feel easy anymore because I lived it myself. My own journey through rheumatoid arthritis taught me that yoga doesn’t have to be demanding, competitive, or out of reach. It can be supportive, kind, and deeply healing.
