I'm Rachel your Yoga & Movement Instructor.

With Yoga Flowly I provide accessible and inclusive online yoga classes designed to support individuals of all ages and abilities in their wellness journey. Whether you're seeking mindful slow flow yoga or the therapeutic benefits of joint-friendly practices, my offerings cater to your unique needs.  

From the comfort of your own home, experience the nourishing benefits of yoga with my beginner-friendly online classes. I also offer in-person classes in and around Peterborough and regular live sessions on the international app Insight Timer. You can find all upcoming classes via the Studio Page.
